Please note that Site Support should only be purchased alongside deployments with UniFi Cloud Gateways (EFG, UDM-Pro, UDM-SE, UDM-Pro-Max, UDW, UDR, UX, UCG-Ultra, and UCG-Max). The service is priced on a per-site basis and available to both integrators/MSPs and end customers. Support engineers, based in the US and Sweden, provide T2/T3-level coverage and will work directly with integrators, MSPs, or end customers at their level of expertise to resolve issues. A 'site' is defined as one UniFi Cloud Gateway and all the UniFi devices connected to it (e.g., APs, switches, cameras/NVRs).
